A moʻo is described as a lizard or gecko in Hawaiian mythology. It is usually around the size of a tall man, but can grow to gargantuan proportions.

The alkonost is a bird of prey which features a woman’s head. Keep in mind that though it may look human, it is not in fact sentient. The alkonost’s song is said to be incredibly beautiful. One of the rare magi that is rarely a threat to humans.
